I got my laptop today! ^___^ Now, I can do my assignments in the privacy of my room without being bugged every 5 minutes. ^^;

On a more sombre note.. the results of the test came back today, and there's a slight problem with the heart, one of the valves is loose. It's not fatal, or very serious, but I have to be careful -- if I go for any operations, tooth extractions or anything like that I have to take a course of antibiotics. There's nothing else I can do about it.

*winces* I'm so sorry...at least it's fairly benign though. Something to be careful about, but nothing that poses a real threat to your life--don't let it bring you down too much, alright? I know it's hard, but I've got plenty of family members in life-threatening medical situations, even more dire (my grandfather developed a heart problem, but his required medication. brilliantly, the medication they prescribed prevents blod clotting, aka healing. so now instead of the heart problem killing him, a papercut will -.-;; ), and the thing they've slowly learned is you just have to take it in stride. Go forth and have fun; if you sit and mope over something that's not even life-threatening, you're wasting your life. Er, enough of my rambling though. ^^; Oooh, and congrats on the laptop! ^^
