The boxes are here!

I've been waiting for this moment. :P I can't wait to get settled in with all the things I've been missing (more jackets/pullovers, cooking items, my collection of music CDs, scores, etc.), although it'll only be for about another month or so before I have to move...

But at least I got to keep the boxes. ^^;;

Out of curiosity: The three boxes weighed 21 kg, 18.2 kg and 36.1 kg. ^^;;;

Hmm... I guess the boxes can be used again the next time you move, which is good ^^

That's pretty heavy. It'd have counted as excess baggage if they hadn't provided moving services =p

And that's what the moving services are for. They're not cheap though :P

Those were bloody heavy boxes! At least you got your music cds. I've been waiting forever for mine and hubby told me only a few weeks ago that he finally sent them by ship because the box was too heavy. That means it will be 3 months before they arrive.

I haven't checked the contents completely yet (should do that tonight), but I believe everything's still there, because the person delivering said that the boxes weren't opened at Customs at all. ^^;;;

So much for all the worries I had about paying duty or having things taken away

My boxes are heavy too and I have lots of them. Except maybe they're small boxes and are 20-40 lbs each. Any heavier and I won't be able to carry them in small boxes. :P

I have two square boxes and one long rectangular box. ^^;; If you come over, you can see them

They're 46 pounds, 40 pounds and 79.5 pounds respectively. ^^;;
