In other news, I finally learned last night how to use my coffee maker properly. :P And so now I can make tea (or coffee) and be a less moody happier person in the mornings. ^^;; The verdict's still out though on how domesticated I'm becoming.

yep steak black and blue.
beef or pork? i never done beef ribs before.
i just find ribs much a hassle to prepare.

i've never tried larding meat though, people in the past used to pull strings of fat into the cut of meat before roasting.
