My cousin and I went shopping today and we bought a lot of things. :P He bought a Nokia N93, a Sony PSP with 4 games, and collected his new glasses. I bought a tripod...
And the best part?
He bought me a Canon PowerShot A540 as a belated birthday/New Year present! ^_^ The camera came with a free 1 GB SD card, a card reader/USB hub and a set of 4 rechargeable batteries (with charger), from the Best Denki sale at Plaza Singapura (on until 10th of January), and was on sale at $429, as opposed to the normal price of $469.
There's a picture the salesperson took with the demo unit just before we bought it behind the cut. I'm the one on the left and my cousin isobviously the other person. ^^;;

I'm really excited about the camera and the tripod, because then that means that I can take pictures as soon as I get to Seattle with a great camera instead of with my current 2 megapixel PowerShot A200. ^^;;
The camera also features a manual mode where I can adjust the ISO speed, exposure time, f-stop, white balance, and other settings. But I think I need to read the manual first. ^^;;
