I was playing around with the layout yesterday at work and was trying to find a good one, I don't think this is it (so I'll be changing it to something else)...
Actually, the situation at work is more akin to people doing things manually (which takes up a significant amount of time - for example, 2 weeks) and I'm supposed to automate that process so that it ends up taking something like 5 days. However, we don't have any automation to start with because everything (the requirements, the actual product we're working on, etc.) kept changing until a few weeks ago.
