Mum recently bought a printer and my brother, who is a technician, coder, Systems of Information, student, and worker in a newspaper with the computer systems couldn't install the stupid thing. Mum went and changed the printer and then the same thing happened. All of us told her to buy a Hewlett and stop folling around with another brand. In the end mum went to the store again and changed the printer for a Hewlett. Now it's perfectly installed. BTW, I don't have a separate scanner as mine came as part of the printer. :)
