This song and my voice don't really go well together yet

I tried singing the lyrics to Wind's Nocturne, the instrumental I submitted for the karaoke competition. It's really hard to sing the lyrics at the song's natural pitch, but I tried a few times. I think I might've hurt my voice a bit, though, because I had a coughing fit for several minutes after I finished. ^^;;;;

I actually had an even better take than both of these, but Audacity was using the wrong input source. >.<
