Until you go back 225 entries in your friends' page and then start reading them one by one, even the entries you've read or commented on before.
It's always interesting to find out what the people on your friends' list are doing (or have done) or how they feel. Sometimes it explains the way you see their actions, or the reasons why they do or don't do certain things. Other times, it's more as a status update so that when you start a conversation with them, you can find a mutual starting point without having to hesitate and stumble anxiously searching for a beginning.
But it's all interesting, all the time. :) Even if I don't comment on every single entry I read...
