Yes, we are. For example:
Australian adj in round 3 (where we met SMU and lost to them - again): "I don't know what the WTO is" Malaysian adj in the same round: "I know what the WTO is, but I wanted to hear you argue on the basis of cost" (this in an environmental debate, mind you!)
There are some good things though.
Round 5, chair's OA (which we won): "I'm not very sure whether the first 6 minutes of your speech were rebuttal, summary or substantive, but the last two minutes of your speech were solid gold."
