New phone and number

I got a new phone (a Treo 750) from Cingular the new AT&T, and it came with a new number too as well as a voice and data plan. No more prepaid cards for a while! ^^;;

I'm curious, why the phone change? BTW, I am with Cingular AT&T and mobile to mobile calls are free, but I don't think that applies to long distance mobiles from the same co. :p

Well, I've always wanted to have a new phone which has PDA features in it. And I've wanted to have a Treo for a while too. ^^;;

The number changed because I couldn't transfer my old pre-paid card's number...

We could always try to see if long-distance calls are free :P (I recall something about national mobile-mobile calls being free)

Actually, it hasn't, as far as I know... But the SIM card is here, so maybe it has.
