Furniture (or the lack of it)

So I ended up not being able to find any suitable furniture at Goodwill yet, but I certainly did see some interesting things there.

Like a pink two-seater sofa.

Seriously.

*has no idea who on earth would buy it*

Some of the furniture was nice, but it either had a hold on it or was sold and waiting for collection. ^^;;

I'm trying to see whether I can go to Ikea on Wednesday, but it looks like it might not be possible to go with anyone, so I'd have to take the bus there... ^^;;;

Driving in evening traffic sounds meh. Unless dinner first. Less meh. Getting home late a night. More meh. Helping a friend get nice furniture. Priceless.

Except that I looked at it, and it takes at least 1 and a half hours with a minimum of 2 transfers. ^^;;

you went to sakura-con? is it an anime convention?
i was in SFO in March and stumbled across the comics convention (wonder-con) though it wasn't so anime/manga (which i'm fine with as well).. and I was like "Yatta!" LOL..
