In, oh..4 years, 9 months and 8 days (= 1738 days, assuming 30-day months).

That works out to one post every 0.576 days, or one post every 12.something hours 0.576 posts per day, or roughly one post every 2.something days. Thanks to meganemagic for the correction in the comments. :P

Comments ratio = (2619 posted / 2306 received) = 1.136 comments posted for each one received, though this metric obviously doesn't include deleted comments and so on.

Perhaps it should be 0.576 posts per day? =p
